Beth and Darren were married a few weeks ago on a beautiful September day on the Connecticut coastline. As far as love goes, these two were picture perfect. They could not take their eyes off of each other, and boy, do they know how to throw a party. Thanks for including us in your day, Beth and Darren! We wish you many years of happiness.
Last weekend, we took a trip out to Nadeau Farm in Hamden, CT to celebrate Sarah's birthday and try something new - goat yoga! Tad stayed behind the camera and snapped a few shots of the class. It was such a fun time. Nadeau Farm is a livestock rescue farm, home to goats, sheep, ducks, cows, horses, chickens, turkeys and even donkeys! Overall, goat yoga was a blast. How could you go wrong with baby goats?
If every backyard wedding could be as beautiful and free-spirited as Breezy and Mark's, they'd be happening much more often! It was a hot mid-September day in a small town in Connecticut when Breezy and Mark tied the knot. Breezy's childhood priest oversaw the ceremony at a nearby church and then, not far down the road, the party began and lasted well into the evening. The country setting outside of Breezy's childhood home designed and built by her father, the incredible local band and the delicious food made for an extra memorable day. Thank you to Breezy and Mark for allowing us to capture your big day!
Nicole and Patrick were married a few weeks ago on a beautiful July day. When we shot their engagement photos last year, the love between these two was admirable and we knew their wedding would be a special one. After a ceremony at Patrick's childhood church, a reception followed at the picturesque Saint Clement's Castle overlooking the Connecticut River. To say it was a party would be an understatement. Congratulations to Nicole and Patrick! We hope you're enjoying your Disney honeymoon!
Back in May, we met Kayla and Sean and their sweet pup, Lyla, at a beautiful lake in Fairfield County, Connecticut at dusk. We caught the most stunning golden light for their engagement shoot. It was a magical few hours with this little family, and Lyla was perhaps the most well-behaved dog we've ever met (and we're big dog people!). Thank you Kayla and Sean for the chance to document this wonderful time in your life! We hope you look back on these photos for years to come.
